The company's official product range covers five families: ATVs in gasoline and electric versions, dirt bikes, go karts, mini bikes, and electric scooters including Citycoco and mobility models. Its 2024 catalogue set runs to 13 volumes — separate electric and gasoline catalogues per family — and every model listed here is produced to order rather than held in stock.

What the company states about itself

According to its official About page, HIGHPER was formally established in 2009 and opened its first production base in 2015, growing to five production bases over the following five years. The same page states a team of 300 employees — 20 sales staff and 280 factory workers — a purchased office of 500 SQM, and annual sales of $30 million. On its home page the company states that in 2021 it exported more than 600 containers to 58 countries and regions, and that most of its products are exported to European, North American, South American, Australian and Southeast Asian markets. How ordering works

The company offers samples for quality checks, and every bike — samples included — is produced according to the order; there is no stock production. The official FAQ puts a typical production run at about 25 working days to fill an order from minimum order quantity up to a 40HQ container, and different models can be mixed in one container as long as each model meets its minimum quantity. Warranty terms differ by product, so confirm the warranty for the exact model in your inquiry.
