The company's official About page describes it in these words: "Hangzhou High Per Corporation Ltd is a professional manufacturer of ATVs, go-karts, mini bikes, dirt bikes, and scooters. HIGHPER was formally established in 2009, and opened its first production base in 2015." The same page states that the company grew to five production bases in the following five years. As an ATV manufacturer and a manufacturer across all five of its lines, the company sells factory-direct to distributors, dealers and fleet buyers; this site is its export catalogue.

The scale figures the company publishes for itself are: 300 employees in total, of whom 20 are sales staff and 280 are factory workers; five production bases; a purchased office of 500 SQM; and annual sales that reached $30 million. These are the company's own stated figures, quoted here as company statements rather than independently audited data.

Export markets

On its home page the company states that most of its products are exported to European, North American, South American, Australian and Southeast Asian markets, and that in 2021 it exported more than 600 containers to 58 countries and regions. The company also states that it operates five Alibaba stores and one Amazon store. Individual customer names are not published, and none are claimed here.

Ordering terms

Production is to order: the official FAQ states that samples are available for quality checks, that all bikes — samples included — are produced according to the order, and that it usually takes about 25 working days to produce an order from minimum order quantity up to a 40HQ container. Different models can be mixed in one container provided each model meets its minimum quantity, and warranty time differs by product. Certificates available upon request.
