The ATV002E is the largest electric quad in the documented range. Its factory table describes the drive unit in full: a permanent magnet brushless motor with shaft drive and differential, rated 1200W on a 60V system (60V20Ah lead-acid battery) with a maximum power listed as 2500W+. Maximum speed is 42 km/h and the three-speed key switch is fitted. This is a full-size machine — 950mm wheelbase, 730mm seat height, 145 kg net weight, 90 kg maximum loading — rather than a scaled-up kids' quad.

The chassis specification matches the flagship position: independent double shock absorbers at the front, a single rear aluminium alloy shock absorber with airbag, hydraulic disc brakes front and rear, and 19×7-8 / 18×9.5-8 wheels — the same tyre sizes as the gasoline ATV009. Container loading is 108 units per 40HQ. Plastic colours are white or black with red, green, blue, orange or pink sticker options.
