Kids Go Karts — GK014 (Gasoline) & GK014E (Electric)

One kids' kart platform, two power systems — the GK014 in 163cc gasoline form and the GK014E in electric form, each with its complete factory table.

The GK014 platform is the documented heart of the kids' kart range, and the factory publishes it in both fuels. The gasoline GK014 runs a 163cc four-stroke single-cylinder air-cooled engine (JF168) with electric and pull start, a 3.6L tank, automatic CVT, a steel frame, chain final drive to dual rear wheels, a rear hydraulic disc brake, dual A-arm front suspension, a 35 km/h maximum speed and an 81 kg (180 lbs) maximum load capacity, loading 115 units per 40HQ as listed.

The electric GK014E is the larger of the two (1710mm long on a 1250mm wheelbase, against 1590mm and 1110mm for the gasoline GK014) and changes the driveline completely: a permanent magnet DC brushless motor, single-speed transmission with differential, shaft drive, a 60V20Ah lead-acid battery, forward and reverse gears, independent double shock absorbers, rear twin hydraulic disc brakes, a 40 km/h maximum speed and a 170 kg maximum load — the electric version is the stronger load carrier of the two. Its motor table lists maximum power above 2500W and maximum torque above 25Nm; the model is sold as the 1200W-motor gift kart in the factory's product naming.

Side by side, the choice is the classic one: the gasoline kart refuels in seconds and carries less load; the electric kart is quieter, reverses, and carries two-up weight — the same platform also appears as the dual-seat GK014E B buggy on the dune buggy page.
